Today, Shawn Hook (Kreative Soul/Universal Music Canada) releases his new single, “Sound of Your Heart.” The song, co-written by Todd Clark, features Hook’s signature pop styling.
Shawn Hook’s 2012 release, Cosmonaut and the Girl, earned him a Juno nomination for Breakthrough Artist and a national tour with Midway State. “My last album was a stepping stone, but I’ve evolved a lot and become a lot more comfortable with how I write and how I sing,” says Shawn of the upcoming album. “I’m more self-assured. So moving forward with the new record, these songs are fresh and new.”
