High-profile music publisher Arcade Songs is leaving midtown and expanding at 60 Charlton St., a new boutique office building in Hudson Square.
Arcade is headed by Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer Gregg Wattenberg.
The recording and writing studio works with the likes of John Legend, Dean Lewis and Enrique Iglesias.
Growing from just over 4,100 square feet at 587 Fifth Ave., Arcade’s new home will have 18,970 square feet at 60 Charlton St., a 98,000 square-foot, 12-story building owned by AEW Capital management in a joint venture with APF Properties and Drake Street Partners.
