Pop artist, DYLYN, releases her new single “Mimosa” via Home Music Company. The song was co-written by Arcade Songs writers Diji Parq along with DYLYN and producer Colin Munroe.
“Many of us experience some form of anxiety throughout our lives,” the Toronto-based artist tells us. “Some of us don’t even know it exists until something traumatic happens. We deal with it on a daily basis, and the smallest things can set us off. ‘Mimosa’ captures the inner struggle we go through in our heads, the battle to either drown in it or to fight it. The world can feel like it’s crashing down on you and everything in your life can seem like it’s coming to an end,” she adds. “‘Mimosa’ is a way of saying sometimes you need to just take a deep breath and let things happen. Sometimes knowing you dwell in the dark with others is surprisingly comforting.”
